This just-announced DC council hearing, on DCPS summer modernizations and 2016 modernizations and new modernizations procedures, has a deadline of next Thursday October 29 for signing up to testify:

Joint public oversight roundtable, Committee on Education and Committee on Transportation and the Environment, 11 am Monday, November 2, 2015.
